Deutsch: Dorothea Sophia heiratete in erster Ehe 1690 den Herzog von Parma, Odoardo Farnese, in zweiter Ehe 1696 seinen Halbbruder und Nachfolger Herzog Francesco Maria. Ihre Tochter Elisabeth ehelichte Philipp V. von Spanien und brachte diesem Parma und Piacenza als Mitgift zu, da die Familie Farnese mit dieser Generation im Mannesstamm ausstarb.
