English: The Artz Building was built by Sam Tustin (son of city founder Columbus Tustin) in 1914 in the Neoclassical Commercial Greek Revival style. It is located at 158 West Main Street in Tustin CA. During the 1920's, it was the home of the "Charles O. Artz, General Merchandise" store. During the latter half of the 1940's, it was the home of the Tustin Library. Since 1978 it has been the home of Rutabegorz Restaurant. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 18, 1994. It is also listed on the city of Tustin Historic Register.
