  • Green: Gray matter
  • Light Green: Parotis, Salivary glands
  • Dark Green: Muscles
  • Brown / red : White matter
  • Red: Large arteries
  • Dark red: Veins
  • Whitish yellow: Fat
  • Black: Air, signal void
