日本語: 陳皮（ちんぴ）とは、熟したみかんの皮を干したもの。特にウンシュウミカンの果皮を乾燥させたものを呼ぶ。（日本薬局方においては、ウンシュウミカンまたはCitrus reticulataの成熟した果皮とされる。）
丹波市立薬草薬樹公園 成分としてフラボン配糖体などが挙げられる。血圧降下作用もあり、漢方では芳香性健胃、鎮咳薬として、食欲不振、嘔吐、疼痛などに対して用いられる。 古くなったもの、陳旧なものがよいということから陳皮と呼ばれ、未成熟の青い皮を干したものは青皮と呼ばれる。 |

陳皮即橘皮，由橘子成熟後的果皮晒干或烘干所得。陳皮放置年份越久越好，故称为“陳皮”。陳皮是一味重要的中药材，可以用作烹飪佐料及制作零食。
