English: Double-barred finch (Taeniopygia bichenovii) photographed at the Gregory River, north-west Queensland, Australia. The Double-barred finch is a native bird of Australia and is found across the north-western, northern and eastern parts of the continent. There are two forms, one with a black rump in the west, and one with a white rump in the east.
