Description
English: It is always said that the two on this photo are Emperor Guangxu and his father Prince Yixuan. However, as an emperor, it is impossible that Guangxu stand beside his father, so it is not Guangxu.

(For the People's Republic of China, the URAA took effect on January 1, 1996. For the Republic of China (ROC), the URAA took effect on January 1, 2002.[1])
