Deutsch: Forwarder - Klemmbankschlepper Ösa 250. Als Forwarder, Rückezug oder Tragrückeschlepper wird in der Holzernte ein Fahrzeug bezeichnet, das geerntetes Holz aus dem Bestand an den LKW-befahrbaren Waldweg vorliefert.
English: Forestry Forwarder Ösa 250. A forwarder is a vehicle that carries logs from the stump to a roadside landing. Unlike a skidder, a forwarder carries logs clear of the ground, which can reduce soil impacts but tends to limit the size of the logs it can move. Forwarders are typically employed together with harvesters in cut-to-length logging operations.
Français : Porteur forestier Ösa 250. Un Porteur forestier est un engin utilisé pour transporter des Grumes depuis leur lieu d'abattage vers la voie carrossable la plus proche. Contrairement au skidder qui les traine, il porte les grumes, ce qui limite les perturbations du sol, mais limite la taille des grumes pouvant être transportées. Ce type d'engin est typiquement utilisé en conjonction avec une abatteuse pour l'exploitation des résineux en billons.
