English: The 6-inch guns of HMS MAURITIUS firing during a night action in Audierne Bay between Brest and Lorient, France. The flash from the guns is silhouetting two of the cruiser's twin 4 inch turrets
Deutsch: Schiffsartellerie der englischen HMS MAURITIUS feuerte 88 Tage nach der am 06.06.1944 erfolgten Invasion, bzw. während der Schlacht um die Bretagne in der Nacht des 23. August 1944 in der Bucht von Audierne auf französische Küstenabschnitte zwischen Brest und Lorient.
