Reason for the nomination:
Despite being tagged with {{European Commission}}, these files actually originate from the website of the European Council and the Council of the European Union (consilium.europa.eu), which are separate institutions from the Commission. The website's copyright notice states that "Reproduction is authorised, provided that the Council of the EU is always acknowledged as the original source of the material, unless otherwise stated and that the original meaning or message of the content is not distorted" (emph. mine). I do not trust that this vague latter requirement would allow free derivative works and would thus go against COM:Licensing.

Summary

Description
English: EU Ministers of Foreign Affairs hold an informal meeting on 12 May 2023 in Stockholm. The meeting is chaired by Josep Borrell, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. EU Ministers of Foreign Affairs discuss Russia’s aggression, support to Ukraine and enhanced dialogue with third countries on the global consequences of Russia’s aggression. In the afternoon Ministers have a strategic discussion on EU-China relations.
