The Tigers won 7-4, before a crowd of 33,904, reported as the largest Boston baseball crowd in history. The full panorama picture appeared on the first page of the Boston Globe the next day. It reveals that the two halves of the picture were taken at slightly different times, as the center fielder appears in both, playing shallower in the right half.
