English: "Romanian (Legacy)" keyboard layout from Microsoft Windows. From Windows 3.1 Central & Eastern Europe to Windows XP and Windows Server 2003, it was called just "Romanian", being the only keyboard option for the language.

Euro sign was never included, although some keyboards had it printed (on E key).
On the numeric row, the symbols from the third level (Alt Gr/right Alt), are dead keys, but they work only on Windows 3.x/9x/ME and from Vista onwards.
