| Description | Chalice (Cup) anno 1250 from Borgå Cathedral (Porvoo Cathedral)in Finland. The swedish text on page 175 give details about the chalice: "Dyrbarast af här (Borgå domkyrka) förvarade föremål, så väl till penninge- som konstvärde, är en förgylld nattvardskalk, utförd i drifvet silfver och smyckad med ett utsökt fint filigrans- och ciseleringsarbete. Kalken är antagligen ett krigsbyte och anses förfärdigad af silfversmeden Sigfridus vid nedre Rhen omkring 1250." |
