The ex-Metropolitan & Great Central line (Baker Street/Marylebone - Harrow-on-the-Hill - Aylesbury etc.) is crossing in the background (Northwick Park Station is off to the left). With the WCML Slow lines on its right, the express on the Up Fast is the 12.05 Manchester (London Road) to Euston, headed by LMS 'Jubilee' 6P 4-6-0 No. 45624 'St Helena'. |
