Reason for the nomination:
There is no acceptable Freedom of Panorama in the DR Congo/Congo-Kinshasa. Images of architecture can only be legally used by publishers of textbooks, periodicals, and other traditional printed media, while monuments and artworks can only be legally used in films and television broadcasts. Therefore, these images still require commercial licensing permission from the designer of the landmark. According to w:fr:Mausolée de Patrice Lumumba, it was erected in 2022 and authored by engineer Leonard Beleke Tabu.
