The Lane Public Library, located in the German Village Historic District of Hamilton, was built for Clark Lane, a prominent Ohio industrialist and philanthropist. The Lane Public Library celebrated it's 150th Anniversary in 2016. It is still very much in use today, surviving the Great Flood of 1913.
