English: (The Second Coming) 1640-1641, 124.5 x 138cm. Fragias Kavertzas "HAND FRAGIA KAVERTZA, TEACHER OF GOD'S WORKER EUGENIA MONACHIC THI TRAPEZONDIOPOULAC" The image shows Christ as the Judge, in the middle and above, lower down the cross and the angels holding books or blowing trumpets and the archangel Michael with the scales of souls and the sword. Below is the prophet Daniel lying on a cloud and next to him a scroll with an Old Testament text referring to his vision of the coming of the Son of Man. On the left side are depicted the righteous in three successive rows and on the right the nations awaiting judgment. Further down to the right, Hell is represented with the depictions of the earth, the sea, the sky, the torture of sinners and the abyss of the dragon, while, on the left, is Paradise with Christ as the Great High Priest welcoming the righteous at the Gate of Paradise. In another gate is the Virgin Mary and in a third the consecrator.

Φραγκιάς Καβερτζάς "ΧΕΙΡ ΦΡΑΓΓΙΑ ΚΑΒΕΡΤΖΑ, ΔΕΗCΙC ΤΗC ΔΟΥΛΗC ΤΟΥ ΘΕΟΥ ΕΥΓΕΝΗΑC ΜΟΝΑΧΗC ΤΗC ΤΡΑΠΕΖΟΝΤΙΟΠΟΥΛΑC" Στην εικόνα παριστάνεται ο Χριστός ως Κριτής, στο μέσον και επάνω, χαμηλότερα ο σταυρός και οι άγγελοι που κρατούν βιβλία ή σαλπίζουν και ο αρχάγγελος Μιχαήλ με τη ζυγαριά των ψυχών και το σπαθί. Πιο κάτω παριστάνεται ο προφήτης Δανιήλ ξαπλωμένος σε ένα σύννεφο και δίπλα του ειλητό με κείμενο της Παλαιάς Διαθήκης που αναφέρεται στο όραμά του για την έλευση του Υιού του Ανθρώπου. Στην αριστερή πλευρά εικονίζονται οι δίκαιοι σε τρεις διαδοχικές σειρές και στη δεξιά τα έθνη που περιμένουν να κριθούν. Πιο κάτω δεξιά παριστάνεται η Κόλαση με τις απεικονίσεις της γης, της θάλασσας, του ουρανού, τον βασανισμό των αμαρτωλών και το βύθιο δράκοντα, ενώ, αριστερά, βρίσκεται ο Παράδεισος με τον Χριστό ως Μέγα αρχιερέα να υποδέχεται τους δικαίους στην Πύλη του Παραδείσου. Σε μία άλλη πύλη βρίσκεται η Παναγία και σε μία τρίτη η αφιερώτρια.
