Уставуемъ тежъ: ачъ бы хто забилъ человека путного або бортника, головщина за человека путного двенадцать рублей грошей, а за бортника восемь рублей грошей. А јесли бы хто збилъ человека путного або бортника, теды человеку путному навязка три рубли грошей, а бортнику рубль; а жоном их подвойно.
