Summary

Description
English: The Lyndonia in 1925. The yacht was originally built in 1920 and was owned by Cyrus Curtis until 1940 when it was purchased by Pan American Airways. It was purchased by the US Army in 1941 and was aquired by the US Navy in 1942. It was sunk during a typhoon in 1945.
