Description	Deutsch: Karte der privatrechtlichen Rechtskreise der Welt English: Map of the legal systems of the world 中文：紅色是執行英美法系，又稱是普通法、判例法制度的國家。這表示該地區不是由立法機構建立司法的系統，而是由法官依照(判決案例)隨時可以製做新的律法。法官通常在製做律法時，必須基於文化，習慣，和以前的司法判決結果的定義，有時也必須參照世界各地制定律法的法律體系。藍色是執行欧陆法系，也稱大陆法系制度的國家。大陸法系的系統，主要是源自於(羅馬法)的遺產。法官在給予判決時，優先遵照執行的是條文法，不會以判例，而修改已訂的律法條文。大陸法系，是現今的法制中在世界上最普遍的系統。黃色是執行習慣法，又稱(種族法制)的地區。執行習慣法制的地區，通常是以族人的習慣傳統，為通用規則或慣例。在香港，習慣法，是起源於1843年的《大清律例》及傳統習俗，經修訂後實行。因此，也可被理解為(種族法)。以在職業或行業的接受和預期行為組成的內在部分，並作為一項法律要求。在當今的世界上幾乎沒有任何政治實體，實施這種的法律制度，可以說是典型的民間已完全習慣的律法動作。綠色是執行伊斯蘭教法，又稱穆斯林法系（也叫Sharia，音譯是沙里亞) 制度的國家，沙里亞在中文裏的意思是道路 (Road = is the way)。沙里亞是根據《可蘭經》和可靠聖訓的內容，對人民日常生活和行為作出法律規定，因此又被稱為(伊斯蘭法律) 。白色是執行犹太教法體系的政治實體。一些国家的法律体系为混合而成。在這些國家的司法系統其中，是可以同時兩個或多個司法系統同時或交互的運用。混合颜色的含義在底部圖例中給出，如粉紅色為英美/歐陸混合，天藍色為歐陸/習慣混合。
