Summary

Description
English: Clickable map of the various language families, subfamilies and languages spoken in the Nuba Mountains in the south of Sudan.

These include the Katla, Rashad, Lafofa, Talodi–Heiban and Kadu languages, which are not shown to be linguistically related but are geographically grouped together as the Kordofanian languages.

Katla, Rashad, Lafofa and Talodi–Heiban are currently considered part of the Niger–Congo language family, while Kadu is currently considered part of the Nilo-Saharan language family. The other languages spoken in the Nuba Mountains are from other Nilo-Saharan branches.
