  • Copie avec variantes d'un portrait original peint à Milan par A. Appiani en 1798, actuellement conservé à Châtillon-sur-Seine.
  • Commandé pour 300 francs pour la Galerie militaire de Versailles, 11 octobre 1834 ; payé 300 francs, 14 janvier 1837 ;
  • mentionné Partie centrale, rez-de-chaussée, salles des maréchaux, n°43-49, dans le guide de 1837 [sic] mais envoyé à Versailles le 26 novembre 1840 ;
  • mentionné dans la 12ème salle des maréchaux (n°55), partie centrale, rez-de-chaussée, dans l’inventaire de 1850.
  • Exposé en 1859 et 1880 au même emplacement. Mentionné dans les réserves, mars 1964 ;
