Vecteezy's Free License licensing agreement has restrictions on reuse, such as the fact that photos "may be used on up to 50 copies" for print and "cannot be used for merchandise", and none of its photo and video content is permitted to be used in projects with production budgets above "$1,000". This is not a CC licence, and is incompatible with COM:LICENSING.
