| Description |
English: This file depicts the Naval Ensign of the Republic of Singapore Navy in its proper 1:2 ratio as illustrated in the Misc.1 of 1967 legislation on 27 February 1967. (See source) Over the years, a 2:3 ratio variant gradually superseded the 1:2 ratio legal ratio. It is observed that this was done to maintain consistency with the flags of the Army, Air Force and National Flag, all which are in the 2:3 ratio; this new variant was never formally passed into law. |
