Summary

Description
English: Digital remake of Ohio Arsenal Flag based on one description. The flag was made by Quartermaster General David L. Wood and Adjutant General Henry B. Carrington in late 1860. He wanted it to fly as that state flag. After speech by president James A. Garfield discouraging the use of city flags and state flags, and that they should fly is the Stars and Stripes only.
