| Description |
English: Raclette inspired industrial frozen petits fours made of boiled half potatoes and cheese, from the Pataclette brand. The potatoes on the foreground (from the black box) contain (AOP) Raclette cheese. The potatoes on the background (from the white box) contain (AOP) Vacherin Fribourgeois cheese. Each half potato contains about 15 grams of cheese and no other ingredient, similarly to the traditional Raclette dish, consisting of boiled potatoes served with melted cheese. These are placed in the oven until the cheese inside the potatoes is fully melted (see product description by Gault Millau). |
