This work: Table 16 - and all my other works on www.paul-pfurtscheller.com are NOT Public Domain. Why? Because these pictures on my site are all and carefully restored and restaurated digitally. This took me for the digital work alone about two or three days of work plus the day of photographing the original wall chart. -- For sure the original work of Pfurtscheller is public domain (but apparently not in the US), but certainly my restauration work isn't public domain. So if you have a photograph of a Pfurtscheller plate directly out of the camera without restoring the picture form dirt, spots, stain, cracks, scratches, fissures, yellowing, obfuscations, splices, additional marks done later by users, heavy felt pen drawings by users over multiple cracks, glue residues, etc., THEN it is public domain. -- So please take off all Pfurtscheller plates and Photos you have taken from my site www.paul-pfurtscheller.com.
