Français : Margelle et ferrures de puits. Gargouille en forme d'"homme sauvage", évoquant François Sauvage, contrôleur de l'argenterie de Charles VIII, du manoir duquel l'ensemble provient. Val de Loire, près d'Amboise, début du XVIème siècle. Pierre, fer. La poulie de fer vient d'Allemagne, probablement datée du XVème siècle. Collection Vial en 1871, don Vial en 1883, n° Cl.19594. Poulie, acquisition 1890, Cl.12064. Musée National du Moyen-Âge, cour de l'hôtel de Cluny, Paris. - A l'arrière-plan arc en accolade et porte.
