English: Flag proposals by Burroughs Pelletier (1948). Pelletier, a provincial civil servant in Quebec, was asked to present ideas for a Quebec flag to Premier Duplessis, none of which were adopted. He was, however, also asked to give advice as to what he thought about what became the current design.
