English: Airmen from the 621st Contingency Response Wing at McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey, construct razor wire fences around their camp perimeter June 24 during a noncombatant evacuation exercise at Mackall Army Airfield, North Carolina. CRW Airmen manned defensive fighting positions as the exercise scenario became "hostile."
