Summary

Description
English: Flag flown to celebrate the competition of the rail line of the Trans-Siberian Railway from the Ob River to Irkutsk, in Russian Manchuria 1899. The flag was also used by the Cossack Guard of Manchuria which was made up of both Chinese and Russian soldiers.
