Description
English: A railway tank car carrying chlorine at a railyard in the Midwestern United States. The car displays hazardous materials information including an "inhalation hazard" label, and a diamond-shaped U.S. DOT placard showing the UN number 1017 and the inhalation pictogram. This photograph was taken during a Health Hazard Evaluation, a NIOSH program by which employees, union officials, or employers can request an evaluation of possible health hazards at their workplace at no cost to them.
