English: A functional, or soon to be functional, something-or-the-other in Juniata Terrace, Pennsylvania. This is a very strange object with electrical outlets built in, black rubber or plastic coating on the side covered with chicken wire, and a ball on the top. It's even stranger in that the small town has buildings that essentially all have the same design. I asked a resident and he said that he thought there would be stonework built around it, and then it would be ... something |
