The currently available version at at archives.gov is a much smaller resolution file than this one. NOTE: This is a VERY LARGE file (14,862KB) and will take extra time to download.

Author	Drafted by Thomas Jefferson between June 11 and June 28, 1776, as authorized by the Continental Congress, July 2, 1776 with minor revisions and released publicly on July 4, 1776.

	This work is in the public domain in its country of origin and other countries and areas where the copyright term is the author's life plus 70 years or fewer. You must also include a United States public domain tag to indicate why this work is in the public domain in the United States.
