English: Victor Hart Sr. Community Enhancement Complex, formally known as Gifford Park, is a 38.96-acre complex centrally located north of the Vero Beach Regional Airport. It was renamed in 2017 to honor Victor Hart Sr., NAACP local chapter President for 45 years.
The Complex is also home to the Gifford Aquatic Center and Youth Achievement Center. Hours are from 7:00am until sunset.
The park consists of playground facilities, aquatic center, library, youth activity center, football and baseball fields. Features Include Little League field, multi-purpose baseball/softball field with concession (both with concession, press box and restrooms), full size football field, two basketball courts, two tennis courts, one tennis wall, children's park with play equipment, restrooms, covered pavilions, exercise equipment and fitness trail.
