Зьлева ўправа: Пяліксас Бугайлішкіс, Казіс Бізаўскас, Казімерас Шаўліс, Юстынас Стаўгайтыс, Ёнас Басанавічус, Сьцяпонас Кайрыс, Антанас Сьмятона, Ёнас Вілейшыс, Павілас Дагяліс, Юозас Пакніс, Юргіс Шаўліс, Міколас Біржышка, Юозас Станкявічус, Пятрас Клімас. Заўвага: сьцены ўпрыгожаныя прапанаваным дызайнам летувіскага сьцягу (двухкаляровых чырвона-зялёным). Пазьней дададзеная жоўтая палоска.
English: Vilnius Conference 1917 presidium and secretariat. From left: Peliksas Bugailiškis, Kazys Bikauskas, Kazimieras Šaulys, Justinas Staugaitis, Jonas Basanavičius, Steponas Kairys, Antanas Smetona, Jonas Vileišis, Povilas Dogelis, Juozas Paknys, Jurgis Šaulys, Mykolas Biržiška, Juozas Stankevičius, Petras Klimas. Note: the walls are decorated with proposed design of Flag of Lithuania (red-green two-color). Later yellow stripe was added.
Русский: Литовская Виленская конференция (Vilniaus konferencija) 18 сентября 1917, избравшая Литовский Совет (Lietuvos Taryba). В президиуме конференции размещено большое красное знамя с золотыми бахромой и кистями, в центре которого был изображен Витис (Погоня), а по сторонам от знамени – увенчанные двумя зелено-красными флажками и княжеской короной щиты-картуши с изображением Витиса (Погони).
