English: Description: The famous statue of en:St Vladimir, opened in en:1853, overlooks the steep bank of the en:Dnieper River in en:Kiev. Sculptors: en:Peter Klodt von Urgensburg, en:Vasily Demuth-Malinovsky. Architect: en:Konstantin Thon.
