English: Newly opened underground railway station Warszawa Śródmieście in Poland in 1963. Platform hall. Architecture by Jerzy Sołtan and painting, mosaics, concept of art design by Wojciech Fangor. Visible concrete drinking fountain on the right side. This photo was not colorized.
Polski: Nowo otwarty podziemny dworzec kolejowy PKP Warszawa Śródmieście w 1963. Widoczna jest hala peronowa i betonowe poidełko po prawej stronie. Architekt to Jerzy Sołtan, natomiast za malarstwo, mozaiki, koncepcję opracowania plastycznego odpowiedzialny jest Wojciech Fangor. Ta fotografia nie została pokolorowana. Więcej kolorowych fotografii dworca z lat 60. zachowało się w archiwum muzeum warszawskiej Akademii Sztuk Pięknych.
