| Description |
English: Filipinos showcased artistic expression and resourcefulness by producing “lambanog”. It is a historic tradition within the Filipino community especially in Batangas where it is abundant and famous, to make it. The process of preparing lambanog begins with removing the flower of a coconut tree and replacing it with a bamboo tube. Daily, people collect nectar from the tube and distill it to produce lambanog. |
