King Shenjing of Zhou

He was a son of his predecessor, King Xian,<ref> Template:Citation </ref> and thus nephew of King Lie;<ref>Zen Baggage: A Pilgrimage to China by Bill Porter</ref> his paternal grandfather was King An.<ref>Records of the Grand Historian by Sima Qian</ref> He reigned from 320 BC until his death in 315 BC.
King Shenjing was succeeded by his son, King Nan, who went on to have a very long reign.<ref>Pines, Envisioning Eternal Empire, 2009:238-9.</ref>
