'''Richard Edgar Quine''' (born Richard Edgar Quine on 16 August 1934) is a [[Isle of Man|Manx]] politician. Edgar Quine was the leader of the Manx [[political party]], the [[Alliance for Progressive Government]] and served as deputy Speaker of the House of Keys between 2002 and 2004.

He also serves as President of [[Ayre United F.C.]]

He married his wife Ann in Hong Kong on 15 July 1959.
