This article lists the [[prime minister]]s of [[Guinea-Bissau]], since the establishment of the office of prime minister in 1973.

Since [[Guinea-Bissau]]'s [[Guinea-Bissau War of Independence#Unilateral independence: September 1973|unilateral declaration of independence]] from [[Portugal]] on 24 September 1973, there have been twenty-two prime ministers and two acting prime ministers. The current holder of the office is [[Braima Camará]], who was appointed by a decree of [[List of presidents of Guinea-Bissau|president]] [[Umaro Sissoco Embaló]] on 7 August 2025.
