The '''Crawford Automobile Company''' was an American [[Car|automobile]] manufacturing company based in [[Hagerstown, Maryland]] which produced cars from 1905 to 1923. After the Crawford Automobile Company was purchased by the [[M. P. Moller|M. P. Moller Pipe Organ Co.]], they produced a sporting version of the Crawford called the [[Dagmar (automobile)|Dagmar]] (in production until 1927).<ref name="Burgess1979">{{Cite book|title=The Illustrated Encyclopedia of the World's Automobiles|last=Wise|first=David Burgess|publisher=Chartwell Books|year=1979|location=Secausus, NJ|pages=133}}</ref>

Crawfords were [[Chain drive|chain-driven]] until 1907, and the 1911–1914 models featured [[transaxle]]s. Later cars featured brass trim, disc-covered wooden [[artillery wheel]]s, and [[Continental Motors Company|Continental]] six-cylinder engines.<ref name="Burgess1979"/>
