It was founded by Darrell Oldham and [[David Brewster (journalist)|David Brewster]] as &amp;#039;&amp;#039;The Weekly.&amp;#039;&amp;#039; Its first issue was published on March 31, 1976, and it became a web-only publication on March 1, 2019.
