Isn't this confusing it with 'rove-over'?|date=August 2022}}". According to A Handbook of Literary Terms written by Grellet (page 14), a prung rhythm "describes a rhythm based on feet containing an initial stressed syllable which can on on its own or followed by one, two or three unstressed syllables." The only exception is when there is an anachrusis, but that does not contradict the whole rule.
