Note: Hemingway's name was not uncommonly mis-spelled with two "M's" early in his career as 'Hemmingway' --- most notably by F. Scott Fitzgerald in a number of instances (see: Hemingway - A Moveable Feast, "Scott Fitzgerald", Charles Scribner's Sons, New York, 1964), and in Scribner's anthology The Best Short Stories of 1923 (Edward J. O'Brien, Editor. Scribners, New York, 1924).
