Economy

Three of Finland's five nuclear reactors are on the island of Olkiluoto in Eurajoki,<ref>Template:Cite web</ref> and a fourth one is planned since 2008.<ref>Template:Cite news</ref> The two other operating reactors are at the Loviisa Nuclear Power Plant.
Site-preparation for the construction of the Onkalo spent nuclear fuel repository, a deep geological repository for spent nuclear fuel, is going on (as of Q4 2022).<ref name=NonTemporary>https://klassekampen.no/utgave/2022-10-29/kjernefamilien. Transport
The distance from the church village of Eurajoki to the nearest town, Rauma, is Template:Convert, and to the nearest city, Pori, is Template:Convert.<ref>Template:Cite web</ref> Highway 8 (E8) and the railway between Kokemäki and Rauma<ref>Rauman rautatien historiaa (in Finnish)</ref> run through the municipality.
