Owned by Inyo Broadcast Holdings, KPXO-TV maintains offices on Waimanu Street in Honolulu. It broadcasts from a two-site distributed transmission system, with transmitters at Kailua and Akupu, Hawaii.<ref>Template:Cite web</ref>
KPXO-TV was a charter affiliate of the network when it began as Pax TV in 1998. Even though it does not have any satellite stations, KPXO-TV is available on cable statewide.

Analog-to-digital conversion

On April 13, 2017, the FCC announced that KPXO-TV would relocate to RF channel 32<ref>Template:Cite web</ref> by April 12, 2019<ref>Template:Cite web</ref> as a result of the broadcast incentive auction.<ref>Template:Cite web</ref>
