Lawnton railway station is located on the North Coast line in Queensland, Australia. It serves the suburb of Lawnton in the City of Moreton Bay.

History

Lawnton station opened in 1888.<ref>Lawnton Centre for Government of Queensland</ref> In 2001, a third platform opened as part of the addition of a third track from Bald Hills to just north of the station.<ref>"Queensland Update" Railway Digest January 2000 page 13</ref><ref>"Northgate – Bald Hills Third Track Opens" Railway Digest October 2000 page 11</ref>
