Venice has a pedestrian zone covering Template:Circa 726.8 ha out of Template:Circa 798 ha (Template:Circa 91%) of its historic city centre.<ref name="terra emerse"/><ref name="Fiorin"/><ref name="Hardy"/>

This is a list of pedestrian zones: urban streets where vehicle traffic has been restricted or eliminated for pedestrian use only.<ref>Template:Cite journal</ref> These are usually pedestrianised urban centres of a city, town or district with a residential population that have been retrofitted.<ref>Template:Cite journal</ref>
