Platycercinae is a subfamily of birds belonging to the family Psittaculidae that inhabit Oceania.<ref name="Leo">Template:Cite journal</ref> It consists of two tribes, the ground parrots and allies (Pezoporini) and the many species of broad-tailed parrot (Platycercini).
